District 7 in the South of Ho Chi Minh City has since the mid 90s been the forefront of urban development in Vietnam. New urban area Phu My Hung (Phú Mỹ Hưng) is an entirely new city built in 15 years. Its well planned layout creates a clear contrast to the rest of the city's organized chaos.
